Vendor Selection
♦The Deep Ellum Outdoor Market is seeking local vendors who sell handmade, homecrafted, and vintage products.
If you are interested in selling food, please read
food vendor guidelines.
♦First time vendors must register for a vendor number. Repeat vendors need not re-register.
♦Registering requires photos of the vendor’s products. If a website is not available, please e-mail photographs to
DEOMvendorresponse@gmail.com.
♦After vendor number is received, proceed to apply for booth space.
♦All vendors must apply for booth space each month.
♦New vendors will be subject to an interview with the Market Directors.
♦Application deadline is 2 weeks before the event.
♦Once booth space has been confirmed, payment is required to reserve booth space.
♦Booth payments will not be refunded after the application deadline.
Food Vendors
♦All food vendors must comply with Dallas Health Department regulations including Certified Kitchen information, food handlers permit, and manufacturer's license.
♦DEOM is required to have a Temporary Food Service Permit to host food vendors who either serve food or plan to give out samples of their product. For this reason, booth fee for food vendors is $50.
♦DEOM will approve food vendors in groups of 5 to fulfill the requirements of the Temporary Food Service Permit.
How to get a booth
DEOM requires a 3 step process for first time vendors:

Step 1
Each applicant needs a Vendor Number, which you get by registering with the Deep Ellum Outdoor Market.

Step 2
After you have received your Unique Vendor Number, fill out the following form for booth space.
First time applicants will be subject to interview process.

Step 3
DO NOT submit payment until availability of booth space is confirmed.
Please include your vendor number and the event you are paying for in the notes section.
Click the button below to pay for booth space with DEOM.
Enter the "Total Charges" owed as calculated on the Application as your "donation".

Covered Parking Lot - guidelines
- only 27 booths are available in the covered parking lot area
- booth sizes are 8' x 10' and cost $45 per day
- application deadline for May event is June 4th
- setup will begin at 9am
- market officially opens at 11am
- vendors will be able to reserve particular space, if not already taken
- tables and chairs can be provided at extra charge. vendors must reserve items 2 weeks before event
- electricity can be provided at extra charge
- market ends at 5pm. vendors must promptly break down booths

Open Parking Lot - guidelines
- up to 50 booths are available in the open parking lot area
- booth sizes are 10' x 10' and cost $35 per day
- application deadline for May event is June 4th
- setup will begin at 9am
- market officially opens at 11am
- tables and chairs can be provided at extra charge. vendors must reserve items 2 weeks before event
- electricity cannot be provided
- market ends at 5pm. vendors must promptly break down booths
